i can see where sardy is coming from,with the release date, but , how about people see that it was ub40..bought it..liked it and then told thier friends?

and my comments are my personal opinion, i listened to the album (on spotify) with an open mind, and my conclusion is is that tracks of my tears is the only good song on the entire album, all the rest are terrible, and i dont see why people need to back me up because that is entirely their choice
first of..i do apollogise for getting your name wrong
secondly the reason i said that no one here backed you was that normally here if you slagged UB40 off you would expect people to jump on the band wagon agreeing.......but it seems with LOL4 no one seems to but that is your oppinion and i respect that my view on the album is different
He has, so give his opinion..... Now people on the BB are naturally gonna say it's great, and some say it's the best in the LOL series... Now everyone is entitled to their opinion but i do think that is a laughable suggestion.... But i'll take my opinion on the public feel. Now if it was as infectious as the 1st of the LOL albums, In a time when charts are quite weak. You would think that if it was that great, then it would have to be top 10! And if the best then it would have to be No.1......? Now they can't say they haven't given it every chance. They've toured it and had TV ads for it.... No.24? Ouch..... Maybe BT was right all along, the public are not fooled....
LOL 1 to me is probably one of the best albums made . only Thousand Volts of Holt is better....thats just my oppinion (talking reggae here ) LOL 1 & LOL cant be compared

what a pointless comment yer i make loads of them i have a book full lmao I think that comment is valid (although Britany is an extreme example) but Troy's got a point.If we are talking reggae,Duncan's vocal is not suited to the genre forget the split,forget the politics,bottom line he is not a natural reggae singer in my opinion.I do think he would probably sound far better on a folk album,as that seems to be the music his voice suits best. | ||

Posts: 561  Location: middlesbrough | hello  thought id give my opinion of lol4. i thought it was absolute garbage. not one song stood out for me. even if there was any good tunes in there they have been drowned out by duncans boring,flat vocals. to me all the songs sounded the same as each other. ive got to admit duncuns sound really isnt my cup of tea so im bound not to like it but i did give it a go at least. if this is truley the best that ub40 are gunna come up with in alis absence then they should be very worried about the future, unless they re thik the lead singer, (just my opinion)  | ||
