Michael Virtue needs no introduction - one of the original members of UB40 - Michael plays keyboards and has toured the world with UB40 for 30 years.Michael left UB40 a few months after Ali’s departure in 2008 and joined Ali in his new band

Jake has been a professional musician for many years and has worked on albums and tours with the following artists amongst many others

Sade, Dawn Penn, UB40, Gloria Estefan,Finley Quaye and Phil Collins

Production/writing/arrangement for many artists with major labels - EMI/Capitol/Universal/BMG

WINSTON DELANDRO
GUITAR

Winston started playing the guitar at the age of 14. Four years later he was playing professionally when he went to Italy with his band The African People. Winston has worked with Jonny Nash, Eric Clapton, Jimmy Ruffin (What becomes of the broken hearted)
and Mica Paris to name a few. Composing music, including for TV and films fills Winston’s time when gigging - that and Sudoku

DON CHANDLER
BASS GUITAR

Don was a freelance bass player, born and bred in the tropical town of Reading. Artists Don has worked with include Black Uhuru, John Holt, Lemar and Craig David amongst many others

MICHAEL MARTIN
KEYBOARD

Michael has been playing keys professionally since graduating from Guildhall School of Music and has been keyboard player/programmer/ for numerous artists including Aswad, Maxi Priest, Ziggly Marley and Loose Ends, among many others

PAUL SLOWLEY
DRUMS

Paul has toured and recorded with Massive attack, Aswad, Black Uhuru, Moloko Dennis Brown, Alton Ellis, Massive Attack and Sade.

COLIN GRAHAM
TRUMPET

Over the years Colin has worked for bands such as Dennis Brown, Shaggy, Osibia , Maxi Priest and Jamiroquai

WINSTON ROSE
SAXOPHONE

Winston is a well known sax player and has worked with Dennis Brown, Horace Andy and Ken Boothe

MATT HOY
BACKING VOCAL

Matt has worked with many artists on backing vocals including Wet Wet Wet and Harry Conick Jr
